- To help Finance team in managing payroll function of APAC region
Client Details :
- The client is one of the growing Private Equity firm with Headquarters in Delhi
Job Description :
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll for APAC -Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Korea etc.
- Responsible for co-ordinating between the HR, payroll vendor and insurance vendors.
- Responsible for handling payroll audit and resolving queries from auditors and employees.
- Ensuring correctness of payroll, tax and social cost calculations.
- Working knowledge of APAC payroll tax, CPF, MPF and other statutory compliances etc.
- Responsible for payroll related returns like IR8A, IR21, IR56F/G, IR56A/B and tax returns & filling.
- Ensuring correct recordings in the books for APAC & US payroll.
- Ensuring reconciliation of payroll control accounts.
- Assisting the team during the finalization of payroll budgets.
- Manage excellent customer relationships and obtain positive feedback from key persons in the offices.
- Assisting the team during quarter and year end closing.
Profile :
- Looking for a Commerce graduate or MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of work experience in handling payroll with basic accounting knowledge
- Additional payroll knowledge of UK and Africa will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
