Location - Pune Mundhwa

- Payroll - Leave Management, Attendance track, salary input, Finalizing salary, Statutory dues and reports.(For On roll and Off roll candidates)

- Exit Management - Tracking/Information of exit employees. NOC pending Mails, Clearance follow ups, FFS input, Final Settlements, Recovery Activities

- HC Reports - Monthly HC reporting, KPI legal pack/ Global reporting quarterly

- Employee Database - Employee Master Update

- Retiral - Gratuity, PF, SA, NPS activities management

- Statutory Compliance - All statutory compliance at HO as well as other branches

- Contractual Staff - Contract Renewals, Payroll inputs, billing, compliance, FFS

- Audit Management - Handling internal and external audits

- SAP- Creation od position, Org unit movement, Reporting/ZSM Mapping, Annual Incremental CTC upload.
