Job Description 


- To help finance team in managing payroll function of UK entity.


- Responsible for payroll related returns like P 11 D and managing of documents like P 45, P 60.

Description - 

- Responsible for end-to-end payroll for UK entity.


- Responsible for co-ordinating between the HR, payroll vendor and insurance vendors.

- Responsible for payroll audit and resolving of payroll queries from auditors and employees.


- Ensuring correctness of payroll, tax and social cost calculations.


- Working knowledge of UK payroll tax compliances such as RSP, NI, IPS, maternity benefits etc.


- Responsible for payroll related returns like P 11 D and managing of documents like P 45, P 60.


- Ensuring correct recordings in the books for payroll and accounting of few Uk Subsidiaries.


- Preparation of Bank reconciliations.


- Assisting the team during finalization of payroll budgets.


- Manage excellent customer relationships and obtain positive feedback from key persons in the offices.


- Assisting the team during quarter end closing


Profile

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Excellent knowledge of MS office, specially excel


- Experience of at least 7 years in looking after payroll of UK entities with accounting knowledge.


Preference:

- A qualified accountant (CA).


Desired:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage.
