- Must have experience in HR - Payroll, SAP, MIS, Compensation & Benefits.
- Implement systems to process payroll transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and payments).
- Process the payroll changes (e.g. new hires, separations, merit, wages) and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal organization policies.
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams and resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
- Implement the organization's pay structure and resolve issues of Associates.
- Support the research for compensation trends, salary and benchmarking surveys and be part of reviewing team for compensation surveys.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. Educate associate on sections of the income tax act.
- Suggest cost-effective and competitive social benefits plans within the guidelines of the company.
- To collect the data for enrollment of Associates & their families for social benefit policies.
- Conduct market research and analysis for revision of Associate benefit policies and develop reports and recommendations to present the reporting manager and HR Head.
- Monitoring and updating management on government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends in a similar industry.
- To participate in the projects and lead assignments as assigned from time to time.
