Enphase is the leading brand in US for micro-inverters and now is foraying into other global markets as well.

India is a very strategic market for Enphase globally. We are searching for a- Partner Marketing Manager,- who works alongside the regional and global teams as well as the cross functional teams to develop, drive and manage partner marketing (D2C) strategies for India.-

Job Description :

- Candidate will be aiding entire Marketing operations effort for the digital business unit at Enphase. This position is based out of the Enphase office in Bangalore, India.

- In this role, you will be part of the India team and will primarily focus on driving awareness, preference, and adoption of Enphase products across solar installers. This will lead to improved distribution across the country.

- You will build an annual/quarterly strategic marketing program with the solar partner including joint GTM, webinars, events, white papers, case studies etc. and support build and nurture new client acquisition leads.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts, alliance leaders and internal stakeholders to help further the relationship and joint marketing opportunities.

- Developing a strong rapport with internal stakeholders (regional sales, product marketing and BD) is equally important.

- Track and report progress through KPIs and RoI metrics

- Regular reporting on the performance of partner marketing programs.

- Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with key alliance executives (internal and partner) to analyse success/progress, identify gaps and maintain executive alignment and support.

- Conceptualize, design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of our products.

- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives

- Manage business reporting for leadership discussions.

- Focus on strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth.

- The ideal candidate should have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, thrive in high-pressure situations and of course, this person should believe in the potential growth of solar, as an industry.

Desired Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience with forging alliances and/or partner marketing.

- Stellar communications skills with ability to own things end to end.

- Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.

- Ability to be successful in a complex, globally scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events

- Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, managing internal stakeholders, and presenting to executives

- Ability to roll up your sleeves to ideate and come up with solutions and see them through to the finish line.

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in dealing with a dynamic business environment

- Strong receptivity to feedback and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally

- Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines.
