Assistant Manager - Packaging Material - FMCG/FMCD

- Planning & Strategic Sourcing of all PM required by all manufacturing locations.

- Review of overall procurement plan

- Negotiations & Contract / Rate finalization of categories handled.

- Monthly updated of PM costing

- Effective Management of defined Share of Business

- Supplier Management wrt Quality Issues

- Supplier Relationship Management

- Vendor Reliability Management

- Corrective & Preventive Actions on SMNM.

- Supplier Development along with technical jointly.

- Overall Inventory Management of categories handled

- Joint Cost Reduction

- Approval of Purchase Contracts / Schedules, Orders & Amendments.

- Actions against Rejections & DEs

- Timely actions & closure of Audit nonconformity

- Ensure compliance for ISO/TS/IATF standard requirement pertaining to Purchase.

- To delegate responsibility to immediate subordinate/s for proper and timely maintenance of all requirements proposed by Integrated Systems Management (SAP) for Organizational efficiency.

- Monthly review of subordinates on MIS

- Monthly reporting & Analysis of MIS

- To review Master List of documents once in six months
