Requirements:

Manufacturing / Metal and Mining. Should have worked in corporate role. No HR Generalist role for this position.

Experience:

- Experience in HR with relevant experience in the areas of OD including workforce planning, Org restructuring etc.

- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in HR Strategy or HR Technology

- Demonstrated experience in executing Workload Analysis and manpower planning

- Experience in Organization Design and change management

Critical Expertise or Skills required Experience in imparting Training (Technical & Behavioural, ISO Implementation)

- Organized and Managed - HR Analytics for the Group
