Position- Assistant Manager (OD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handing Organization Development initiatives.
- Supporting in the entire OD cycle - Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention Planning, Execution of intervention, Impact Measurement.
- Support in planning sustainability of initiatives and measuring the impact of OD initiatives on the client system.
- Ensuring effective project management of OD initiatives and tracking progress on action plan
- Liaison with the client system to enable transformation and look at the overt and covert processes which will support the transformation journey.
- Ability to look at human process elements (inter, Intra and Group process) and understand OD concept and philosophy.
- Ensuring effective documentation and review of activities under OD initiatives.
- Ensuring appropriate OD intervention design in collaboration with external consultant.
- Review & measure impact of OD initiatives on the system, program and individual.
- Managing OD Budget & OD initiative administration.
Note: Certification in OD (Organization Development) is must.
