JOB DESCRIPTION & KRA/KPI:  - Develop and design the Job description and KRA/KPI for new roles and existing positions as per department and business requirements.  - Carry out inter and intra department coordination to ensure job responsibilities are captured in complete and based on responsibilities develop and align KPIs as per department goals and objectives.  - Maintain department, role and employee wise KPI data and ensure same is updated regularly to be used during PRDP.  PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (PRDP):  - Responsible for timely launch and execution of Bi Annual and Annual PRDP.  - Develop the PRDP launch plan and sensitization workshops and communication material to be used during launch of PRDP exercise.  - Analyse and identify the weak areas of the PRDP and develop an improvement plan working towards complete automation of the system.  - Coordinates with IT team and HR team to ensure project execution is smooth and within defined timelines.  - Analyse the PRDP progress after the launch and prepare progress reports to be presented to management.  - Coordinate with department and manufacturing stakeholders for employee information and KPI data and ensure same is as per formats and also ensure data quality for smooth execution of the PRDP.  - Responsible for query resolution after the launch of PRDP and act as backend support to ensure smooth execution of the PRDP exercise.  SALES TEAM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:  - Responsible to drive the monthly sales team performance management program for the assigned vertical.  - Coordinate and interact with vertical stake holder and ensure data consolidation as per requirement and by defined timelines.  - Prepare the vertical wise Sales team performance report with details of incentive earned and bottlenecks for management use.  - Maintain monthly sales team performance data to be used for performance analysis, PIP and HI POT analysis.  SALES INCENTIVE:  - Coordinates with the vertical stakeholders for data points and prepare the incentive earning sheets for assigned verticals.  - Maintain data points to prepare reports on incentive earnings to be used for vertical presentations.  - Develop the sales incentive policy based on the inputs received from the team leas and various verticals.  CONFIRMATION:  - Develop the monthly confirmation forms for the probationers as per the data received from HR operations team.  PROCESS, POLICY & NEW INITIATIVES:  - Analyse the industry practices and make recommendations for new policy and process initiatives.  - Responsible to change the policy guidelines as per management requirement and intimation.  - Submit ideas and initiatives to be used for team new strategy for the year.  PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION:  - Develop project plan and on approval execute the same as per guidance from team lead and management.  - Prepare regular project progress reports and challenge details to be presented to management.  REVIEWS & COORDINATION:  - Analyse the data points and prepare departmental presentations to be used for management and department review purpose.  - Coordinates with inter and intra department teams for smooth execution of new initiatives.
