We are hiring for our client in Beverages Sector.
OD AM is responsible for helping and assiting SME - OD in ensuring a seamless integration of employees with OD Practices group-wide. The incumbent would need to partner with the business in driving change programs to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. The KRA's would include but not limit to:
1. Support the Unit HR teams in implementing OD initiatives for manufacturing units, sales team and corporate office.
2. Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, competency mapping, appraisal schemes, gap analysis and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments to ensure that all employees have the required competencies.
3. Content/Instructional designing for various training and learning programs
4. Handle Performance Management cycle of employees.
5. Driving the framework for identifying high potentials within the company. Delivering tailored development programs for HiPot.
6. Review and update HR policies on a regular basis.
7. Building a cohesive and competent team.
8. Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.
9. Partnering with the business in driving change programs to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
11. Develop, maintain and drive micro learning modules(short and comprehensive modules, ready for usage with mid and final assessments). If required, doing complete vendor management from searching the vendor till complete implementation and billing for development of the modules where specific expertise is required
12. Planning, designing and implementing different career development and improvement plans like IDPs/ MDPs/ PIPs/ LDPs, etc.
