We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Office of the Program and Change team.
We are specifically looking for someone who has some experience / exposure in handling Change Management.
- The Office of Program & Change will be leading transition of delivery and governance through the set up phase and thereafter.
- The individual will be responsible for establishing and running the Office Program & Change with the objective of ensuring all activities are delivered using a - best-practice- delivery approach and within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
- The individual will support ICoE PMO, Process Leads and Team Leads during change management and implementing any initiatives.
The incumbent will :
- Support design, mobilization and delivery of activities, managing work across dimensions of Program and Change Management
- Identify required resources, assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, build mutual trust and encourage cooperation among team members
- Support designing of MIS requirements for ICoE and define KRAs and KPIs for ICoE as well as retained organization
- Manage risk identification and mitigation actions
- Change Management strategy, Communication Planning & Execution, impact assessment, Risk Identification, People skill and culture assessment
- Organization Change Management, PMO
- Achieved cost/ resource saving by automation, process improvement, strategic partnering & outsourcing
- Identified opportunities & demonstrated capabilities to transform People, Processes and Systems.
- Managed stakeholders across business units & drove change
