About the Role :
Description of Role(s) :
Operations management :
1) Ensure that The Hive center is fully operational, and all required systems / processes are running smoothly, efficiently delivering best-in-class service to clients / tenants
2) Property and engineering operations management including fire & life safety, high-side & low-side equipment maintenance, landscaping, managing statutory and other compliances
3) Monitor vendor staffing, inventory management, and preventative maintenance plans to ensure minimal down-time and adherence to established service delivery standards
4) Coordinate IT systems setup and operations with the central technology team, and monitor spaces usage / access control
Vendor management :
1) Outsourced facility management vendor evaluation, recommendation and onboarding (security, housekeeping, technical services etc.)
2) Manage, review and evaluate the ongoing performance of outsourced vendors & suppliers
General :
1) Coordinate and liaise with landlord team to set-up and monitor operational processes including security protocols, guest registration, HVAC policies, fire & life safety and lease deed compliances related to technical aspects
2) Take hand-over of completed space from projects team and manage de-snagging / rectification process
Skill Sets Expected :
1) Strong technical knowledge of building systems/equipment and troubleshooting capabilities
2) Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
3) Proactive attitude to plan preventive maintenance and high-quality operations/product delivery to clients
4) Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors
5) Good communication and organizational skills
Qualifications : Bachelors/Master's equivalent degree in Engineering (in mechanical, civil or electrical field)
Experience : At least 4 years of experience in similar operational roles in flexible office spaces, office parks, hospitality, or property management
Compensation : Competitive Fixed Compensation + Discretionary Performance Bonus
