Assistant Manager - Operations - Pharma

ENGINEERING WITH POST GRADUATION IN MATERIAL MANAGEMENT WILL BE PREFERABLE

- 3-5 years of experience working in Supply Chain (Warehouse & Logistics), experience with diverse Industry - FMCG/Beverages / Pharma etc. MNC will be an advantage

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for driving Operational efficiency and Process Improvement across Warehousing & Logistics flow at Plants / 3PLs.

- Monitor and Improve Service Levels, MIS process, Insurance Recovery, Discards Management, Transport Cost & Service Analysis at CFAs.

- Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities and define Projects / VIPs for tracking progress w.r.t savings monthly / annually.

- Measure & Analyse root cause for inefficient cost & service identified in entire distribution flow and define corrective actions with respect stake holder.

- Co-ordinate with 3PL & Plants for Monitoring GIT and Reverse Logistics.

- Regular visits to CFA & Plant W/h to audit processes and documentation for compliance to Supply Chain, Quality & Finance guidelines.
