Assistant Manager - Operations - FMCG

We have urgent opening with one of the leading corporate firm for Assistant manager operations.

Looking for experience in Order Management (Order to cash) process from FMCG sector.

- Must have team handling experience.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4- 5 years

- Must be AM on papers

- Good Communication skills

- MS Excel Skills

- Analytical Skills

Process:

- Responsible to comply with all Policies and procedures internal and Customers for example TO BE SOP, exception SOP, Biz rules etc.

- Adhere and follow GMP practise, guidelines and audits /any other as required by Customer

- Add value by providing inputs while developing new processes/policies

- Make workable simple processes keeping in mind the operational and customer needs

- Bridge gaps as identified in audits/internal checks/Customer feedback

Overall work process:

- Responsible for smooth Operations, and excellent customer Management [Handling Order Management/O2C related activities] for assigned project at customer service centre

- Leading teams and responsible delivering KPI, productivity numbers

- Identify trend opportunities and proactively offer recommendations and solutions for smooth operations and issue resolution and Gain customer confidence in operations for the responsible line of areas
