Assistant Manager - Operations Excellence - FMCG Major Co. ( Plant Location)

Job Profile :-

1. Monitoring site capacity utilization and plant operational efficiency.

2. Implementation of performance management system around safety, quality, cost, delivery and continuous improvement.

3. Supporting Root cause analysis and CAPA preparation

4. Ensuring adherence to 5S standards .

5. Implementation of standard work across site

6. Co-ordinating for global benchmarks and project identification for process improvements

7. Implementation and execution of Autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance pillars at site

8. Co-ordination for E&T pillar execution and site

9. Project identification and co-ordination for OPEX reduction

10. Global target setting and site reporting

Candidate Requirement :

Any Engineering can apply (BE/BTECH)

Candidate with exposure towards - Operation / Manufacturing / Process Excellence any 2 fields will be highly preferred
