Qualifications : MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution
Prior Experience:
Relevant experience (1-5 years) in operational due diligence/operational strategy

- Estimate, project work planning, team handling, staffing, providing feedback, etc.
- Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects
- High problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
- Goal driven - should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective
- Credible record of operating at a team management level
- Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen
- Experience of leading small teams on projects/ work streams and developing proposals
Technical skills :
- Proficiency in leading and delivering Financial Baselines, Organization baselines, Operational data analysis, Comparator Benchmarks, Running management interviews as applicable and ability to translate all of it into a final client ready report
- Ability to interact with the leading stakeholders both internal (Partner / MDs) and External (Client leadership)
- Should have led teams on engagements
- Exposure to the US market is not a must, but a plus point
