Responsibilities :
- Strategizing & executing to improve Key Retention Metrics i.e Repeat Rate, % of Repeat Revenue, Revenue Per Customer, etc.
- Analyzing Regular Customer Cohort Performance, both on a product & company level.
- Build retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Drive User Engagement in Lower Funnels using user engagement platforms
- Creating Email, SMS & Push Marketing Strategy & Campaigns to increase repeat rate & overall basket size.
- Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience is required
- Have had prior experience of working on retention automation tools like Moengage, CleverTap, Optimove, Klavio etc.
- Exhibit the ability to understand user journeys and formulate new & meaningful touchpoints
- Exhibit analytical and data driven mindset to measure and improve retention
- Work towards rigorous A/B testing, have the acumen to determine the winning composition and adapt the learning to other campaigns
