The key role is to establish and create product demand in the market (for the assigned category) and support business in achieving overall business goals and objectives.
- Overall responsible for profit center of category business in OEM
- Making realistic sales budgets & achievements of overall targets
- Responsible for overall executing business plans as decided by the management, exploring new market and adding new customers
- Handling collection of payments within recovery deadline
- Must able to proactively work with the design, development & production team, for new product development.
- Work with all the stakeholders including product management team to execute all sales & marketing initiatives.
- Should be able to foresee & preempt market competitions to make timely & aggressive plan to achieve the business target in line with Annual Plan/Monthly Plan
- Must work closely with OEM'S & will be responsible for handling OEM's requirements.
- Execute and own the delivery of sales number from the respective category
- Closely scan current industry and market trends; benchmark competitive sales processes and strategies to ensure leadership position in industry
- Provide product and market feedback including perception and opinion about demand, product performance etc.
