Assistant Manager - Month End Reporting


- Preparation of monthly Restaurant wise profit and loss account; aggregate it by area managers, cities, formats etc.

- Robust / on time / consistent / accurate / Integrated MIS, business updates needed for crucial management decisions.

- On time circulation of monthly financial MIS, critical analysis, CFO dashboard.

- Evaluation of Margins- analysis by product, by market, Evaluation of labor cost and productivity.

- Discount analysis month on month and its impact on profitability.

- Delivery segment profitability by city by Restaurant.

- Analyzing all other components of P&L and provide inputs for optimization of cost.

- Comparison of actual P&L with Budgeted P&L and providing reports to management along with analysis of what need to be improved.

- Preparation of overheads reports at functional level with analysis and suggest cost control opportunities.

- Preparation of Restaurant level monthly Balance Sheet schedules along-with cause of change in the movement in balances.

- Provide active support in making business analysis presentations to Senior Management.

- Enable regular monitoring of target set for business performances

- Identify, develop and continuously upgrade the MIS tool and ensure that it meets the needs of the business decision making and performance management using KPI / KRI, lead and lag indicators. Enable grounds for successful implementation of the system.

- Implement best in class practices around financial statement closing and review

Qualification and Experience :


- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from reputed institute with 1 to 2 Years of Experience.

- Experience in management reporting and preparation of Month end MIS / P&L / BS related schedule.

- Experience in preparation of Various Analysis, Budget Vs Actuals and detailed review of each cost lines on micro level for each cost lines in P&L.

- Experience in coordinating with outsourced GL team on third party Payroll

- Experience in handling complex excel files
