Assistant Manager - Modern Trade - Consumer Durables

- Will be responsible to handle the Modern Trade Channel/stores.

- Will be responsible to travel extensively in the assigned market and stores.

- Responsible to handle the Team Leaders & Promoters to drive the tertiary business at stores.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

- Train & develop on-shop promoters in various outlets.

- Manage displays with support of marketing & other functions.

- Supports tertiary movement with various marketing & other activities.

- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

- Displaying & promoting the brand & products with Modern selling techniques

- Will be handling entire Karnataka & Tamil Nadu region.

- MBA (Full time) {Tier1 & Tier 2 colleges} with minimum 2+yrs experience in Modern trade channel.
