Our client is an MNC Consulting Firm and we need an   AM - M&A (Due Diligence) for their Gurgaon office.  (Candidates from shared services and not in a direct consulting role, NEED NOT apply)  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  1. Preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials  2. Writing and preparing transaction related documentation (e.g. teaser, information memorandum, corporate profiles, industry analysis etc.)  3. Manage Financial Due Diligence (buy Side / Sell Side, end to end)  REQUIREMENTS :   3 - 4 years of experience in an Investment Banking firm /Corporate Finance team of a Big 4 accounting firm   2. CA is Mandatory  3. Strong analytical and accounting skills   4. Conversant with preparation of pitches/proposals for transactions  5. Strong Exposure in Due Diligence (Buy Side & Sell Side)  We shall revert to only shortlisted candidates
