Assistant Manager - Merchandising for an Ecommerce Co. (2016-2017 batch only)

Location: Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage & Drive relevant traffic during regular business days, all the central & category led sale events.

- Drive presence in all visibility & Traffic driving properties (Merch, etc) on Ecomm Platform.

- Collaborate with Brand team, central merchandising teams to plan campaigns during new launches to drive visibility & performance.

- Lead events on Ecomm platform to increase awareness & grow Private label Business.

The role requires close collaboration with:

- Brand team

- Creative

- Central Merchandising

- Category Merchandising

- Analytics

Qualification and experience:

- Looking for candidates with an MBA in marketing/communication and 2 to 5 years of experience. Out of which minimum 1-2 years of managing merchandising in or for e-commerce.

Skills required:

- Project management

- Stakeholder Management

- Strong bias for Action & have the ability to - get things done

- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends

- Knowledge on Marketing & Sell-side will be an added advantage
