Assistant Manager - Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description

- Maintenance and Operation activities like Reactor, incinerator, ATFD, variety of Pumps and Gear Boxes, Filters, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Blower, Dryer, scrubber and all kind of equipments utilized in waste treatment process like ETP, incinerator and MEE.

- Maintenance of MPP-4A (Multiple Product Plant) equipments like Glass Lined Reactor, SS reactor, Gear Box, Pumps, Filters, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Blower, Dryer, Packing silo and screw conveyor used in manufacturing of octopussy.

- Leakages attended in pipe lines like SS, MS, HDPE, PVDF, MS HDPE, MS PTFE, MSGL ETC. by giving isometric to contractors.

- Working in SAP and ISO documents related to plant.

- SDS preparation of equipments and select equipments as per suitable and satisfactory parameter as per requirement.

- Refurbishment of critical equipments as per schedule.

- To attend breakdown as per the planning, minimize breakdown time, minimize equipment failure and reduce repetition of failure

- To maintain records of equipment for history.

- Preparation & implementation of maintenance activity schedule.

- Finalizing the requirement of goods (BOM).

- Action is taken on AMT point / abnormalities.
