Job Description :
- Effectively manage the paid marketing budget for search & social media in order to drive traffic, increase conversions & maximize ROI.
- Own the targets set for the channels
- Plan, develop, implement & optimize comprehensive paid media strategy to increase brand visibility, drive new user acquisition and reduce customer acquisition cost
- Use Google Analytics or other analytics tools to create performance dashboards to track, report and analyze trends in key metrics.
- Build insights and create a robust action plan
- Identify new keywords, audience opportunities to expand/scale-up and increase the contribution of paid campaigns to overall business outcome
- Create and execute experiments to optimize campaigns and improve performance
- Collaborate with internal product, creative and other teams to improve user experience and increase the effectiveness of the paid channels
- Collaborate with external platform teams - Google, Facebook & others to gain insights on the best practices at industry level, experiment new features and get ongoing support
- Support other business verticals within company for launching paid campaigns
- Create daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards to present to leadership teams
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management and scaling up of paid online campaigns on search, social media with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience
- Thorough understanding of analytics tools, digital marketing concepts, best practices, latest developments in paid marketing
- Experience in planning & strategy for paid online campaigns on search and social media along with performance reporting, monitoring & ongoing optimization
- Analytical/data-driven mindset, critical thinking to build insights that can generate business value
- Ability to multitask, collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform under strict deadlines to achieve business goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
