Our client is a leading Real estate developer based out of Pune.   Position: Assistant Manager Marketing   Location: Pune  Reports to: DGM Marketing   Key Roles & Responsibilities:  - Leverage information generated through CRM for targeted campaigning  - Review and monitor marketing material to be issued for marketing activities or to be used by sales team or to be used by corporate PR team  - Monitor all product category specific marketing and advertisement activities at organization and Project level  - Select media agencies capable of handling product categories viz. MIG, Luxury and super Luxury. Monitor and evaluate the media agencies   - Measure the marketing/ advertising/ campaign effectiveness  - Plan and execute campaigns for respective projects with the agencies.  - Tweak campaigns as per various media like ( print, outdoor)  - Set ROMI (Return On Marketing Investment) targets for individual campaigns. Monitor ROMI and make strategies to improve the same  - Campaign Effectiveness monitoring - Measuring the actual footfalls and enquiries as per target  - Increase in market share of KPDL in various product categories space  - New Channel/ broker development specifically for Affordable/ MIG/ Luxury/ HIG  - Generate leads for the various product categories and support in achievement of sales targets  - Leverage channels like brokers, online media to generate leads  - Ensure timely payment of brokerage and plan to maintain low brokerage ratio   Desired Profile:  - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialisation from a reputed university.  - 4 - 7 years of experience with at least 2 years in Real Estate Industry (Real estate firm/ Agency)  - Must have relevant experience (Corporate/ Agency) in Real Estate industry.   - Excellent communication skills.   - The role holder would be responsible for managing marketing activities for 3 ongoing Residential projects.  Salary Offered : 9-10 LPA
