Assistant Manager - Marketing Operations
We are looking to hire for the position of Assistant Manager- Marketing Operations - 1 position (Full time)

Key responsibilities :
- Ensure our marketing database is augmented, segmented, and maintained with the right accounts and individuals in our target markets.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, including our marketing automation platform, Pardot. Research and recommend additional technologies to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Document our top of funnel best practices and ensure process compliance by marketing and business development teams.
- Own operational and executive reporting for marketing and collect data, design, and publish regular and ad hoc reports to assess the health of our marketing program.
- Analyze channel performance and make recommendations to improve marketing's reach and penetration into our addressable market.
- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, A-B email testing, and event registration processes to maximize the number of inbound inquiries.
- Drive the company's ABM strategy to help break into key accounts and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives to existing customers.
- Train and support marketing and business development teams on the tools and data they need to successfully do their jobs.
- Help manage vendor relationships and assist with renewal decision making.
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are correctly routed and followed up on by business development.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing operations/database management/business operations experience in the B2B software space.
- Highly knowledgeable about top of funnel SaaS marketing, automation tools, and digital strategies for driving lead generation.
- Extensive experience working with a marketing automation platform (MAP) and customer relationship management (CRM) system - Pardot/Salesforce preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation.
- Strong understanding of business writing and ability to collaborate with internal and external content resources to produce email and digital content.
- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.
- BE/B Tech/PG Background
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.
- Understanding of public sector B2B software or engineering and construction industries highly preferred.
- Team management experience required.
