Individual Contribution (80%) :
- Plan & implement lead nurturing & customer retention strategies to drive engagement, increase offering adoption, drive new AUM & user acquisition and increase participation
- Effectively manage the lead nurturing & retention campaigns/journeys using owned channels like email, sms, notifications etc., using WebEngage
- Manage paid marketing budget for search & social media in order to drive traffic, increase conversions & maximize ROI. Own the targets for the channels
- Use Google Analytics or Amplitude to create performance dashboards to track, report and analyze performance of paid & non-paid campaigns. Build insights and create an action plan for improvements
- Identify new keyword, audience opportunities to expand/scale up and increase the contribution of paid campaigns to overall business outcome
- Create and execute experiments to optimize campaigns and improve performance
Project Management (20%) :
- Collaborate with internal product, creative and other teams to improve user experience and increase the effectiveness of the paid & owned channels
- Collaborate with external platform teams - Google, Facebook, WebEngage & others to gain insights on the best practices at industry level, experiment new features and get ongoing support
- Support other brand & creative teams for generating customer insights & campaign ideation
- Create daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards to present to leadership teams
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management for customer retention & engagement using channels like email, sms & notifications. At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience is desired.
- Experience in scaling up of paid online campaigns on search, social media
- Thorough understanding of analytics tools, digital marketing fundamentals, best practices, latest developments in email, sms, search & social media marketing
- Experience in performance reporting of key metrics, monitoring & ongoing optimization
- Analytical/data-driven mindset, critical thinking to build insights that can generate business value
- Ability to multitask, collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform under strict deadlines to achieve business goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Academic qualifications :
- BBA/MBA/BTech
