- Will be responsible for driving category growths and share for rural India and thereby deliver the top-line and bottom line for the category.
- Develop consumer understanding with regards to all categories and understand their key drivers and barriers for adoption of the category.
- Basis consumer understanding develop complete mix for rural areas including pack sizes and price points, communication and messaging for both the consumers and key opinion formers and drive category adoption.
- Create projects for new mix for rural and drive cross functional team to deliver the same.
- Drive consumer research for mix validation and deep dive into analytics reports for rural for the category to develop insights on source of growth for the category.
- Develop non-traditional media formats to drive communication to the consumers.
- To seek out new partnerships that aid in adoption of the category.
- Executing the integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals in the rural markets.
- Driving marketing campaigns across ATL & BTL to deliver business plans, Go To Market strategy
