Position : Assistant Manager - Marketing
Organization : Leading Media Broadcaster
Role Overview :
- Reporting to the Marketing Head, the primary role would be to support and participate in the creation and execution of the marketing/brand strategy for the channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supporting the development of new initiatives on Brand for consumer engagementin accordance with guidelines and in a manner to best connect and impact the viewer in terms of appeal and relatability
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies and partners - Creative, Media, Outdoor and BTL agencies
- Responsible for supporting the digital media and PR initiatives
- Responsible for consumer engagement activities
Knowledge & Skills :
- Good understanding of television.
- Strategic in mindset and innovative in thinking - ability to think out of the box
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to organize and manage a heavy workload and juggle priorities effectively
- Core set of personal values, which ensures integrity and the desire to lead by example
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Qualifications/ Requirements :
- Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in activations and marketing.
- A strong BTL background and understanding of digital media would be preferable.
- Candidate with brand management/ product marketing experience would be preferred
- Candidate should have strong implementation skills, should be organized and process driven
- Marketing experience from a Media environment is preferable.
- Understanding of the Infotainment Marketing space
