- Incremental updates in Siebel CRM understanding and improving processes to make CRM user friendly

- Enhancing & Managing Customer Experience at first touch of acquisition Funnel.

- Championing the quality Process in Acquisition Process.

- Driving branches key in prospects details, which will key input for sales, Marketing, New product development team & destination strategy.

Strategy Development :

- Work with analytic data, focus on creating fact and insight-based targeting and segmentation strategies to identify best acquisition targets/ activities
