Assistant Manager role for a leading e-Commerce Company
Role and Responsibilities :
- End to end planning & execution of the marketing calendar
- Responsible for planning, targeting, execution, reporting & optimisation of campaigns for Plus customers through Own media & merchandising channels
- Should have a good understanding of the customer journey
- Communicate campaign activities and schedules with other business units and departments to ensure status and processes are clear and properly integrated into existing plans
- Run daily/weekly cross-functional meetings to review campaign needs, identify and troubleshoot issues, compile feedback, and ensure overall success
- Content sourcing and management in collaboration with creative & design team, category and marketing teams
- Tracking effectiveness of campaigns in driving engagement and higher impact
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure effective and timely development and execution of campaigns within defined success criteria
- Should have an analytical bent of mind, should be comfortable with analyzing numbers and data (basic understanding of data querying and tools
- Closely coordinate with the internal design & marketing team to finalize the design
