Areas of Responsibility (AOR) Success Indicators (S.I) 1. Support / assist in organizing and executing various marketing projects and events concurrently and within each property's budget. 2. Vendor management and Creation of strong Vendor base for Implementation and execution of all marketing materials and collaterals 3. Undertake daily administrative tasks, follow up to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. 4. Assist in the planning, preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision and follow-up 5. Prepare event recaps and organize proof of performance documentation in effort to evaluate event impacts and prioritization of future events. 6. Assist in maintaining and updating marketing platforms including websites, Social Media communications, and on-mall / off-mall collateral materials. 7. Maintain inventory of marketing materials. Assist in placing and tracking orders as needed. 8. Work with all stores regularly to create and and offers to promote, as well as organize their participation on mall events and promotions. 9. Assist with the preparation of agreements and collection of proper documentation, follow-ups and payments. 10. Implementation of consumer calendar at retail 11. Assist in developing strategic partnerships with malls and likeminded brands to enhance all marketing programming and events.
