Position: Assistant Manager - Consumer Products

Location: Mumbai

Years of experience: 4+ years

Education Qualification: MBA Marketing

Specific Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for strategic & operational Marketing Plans as well as deployment of the same for Consumer Products for the youth cluster

- Will work closely with BD leads to deliver on all client servicing needs.

- Will also be responsible to deliver the promotional licensing target for youth cluster.

Personal Characteristics / Behaviors:

- Delivery oriented and highly accountable, Eye for details, good communication skills, need to be able to work with all kinds of people, team player, self starter

Special Skill:

- Understands the components of marketing (product, pack ,proposition, price, promotion and placement), knowledge and experience in media marketing preferred, understanding of product and communication design, previous sales experience preferred

Key Challenges:

- Low budget, high impact marketing campaigns.

- Multiple marketing campaigns and client servicing to be managed at one time. Smooth and productive working relationship with cross function teams both within company and outside.
