Profile Snapshot :

The incumbent will- work with marketing team for developing, implementing and executing marketing plans.

He/She will develop high-impact marketing campaigns to drive increased awareness among our distributors and consumers to ensure all round success for all our products and plans.

He/She will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will- join a team of 4 marketing professionals.

Tasks List :

Assist in formulating and Implementing of Marketing Plans.

Development and Execution of Promotion and Communication plans.

Coordinate and guide the creative team to develop marketing collaterals - Posters, presentations, videos etc.

Liaising and managing vendors for ATL/BTL activities.

Product positioning, USP Development, Feature Highlights and product marketing

Liaising and managing requests from distributors and other associates.

Managing the company's web and social media presence.

Formulating, allocating and adhering to Marketing Budget.

Develop, review and approval of creative work from concept to production.

Managing a team of creative designers.

Event Conceptualisation and Management.

Ascertaining functional timelines and following diligently.

Preferred Qualification & Skill sets:

Min: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

Excellent Communication and Creative Application skills.

Event Management, Presentation & Oral delivery skills.

Self motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision and navigate through ambiguity.

Marketing experience in Direct Selling Industry would be an added advantage.

Salary Offered: 8.5 - 10 LPA
