Assistant Manager/Manager - Warehouse & Logistics

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager for our client with a pan India presence based at Gurgaon

Grade : AM/Manager

Role : Region HQ

Nature of Role : Team Management

Function/Division/Dept : SCM Logistics/Warehouse

Reports to : Head SCM

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 7+ Years of experience in SCM function. Should have independently handled SCM, Warehousing & Logistics Function.

Education : Engineer preferably from Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical background + MBA

Knowledge Required : Materials Management, Warehouse & Logistics Experience

People Dimensions : Warehousing 3 PL and Logistics / Transportation Vendors, TSP & OME/SME vendors

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week. Work from Office ;

Job Purpose

To develop and maintain competent vendor base, plan and control the organization assets and inventories to achieve the overall objectives of the organization

KRA

1. Use of refurbished material from Site Return Materials lying at Warehouse (% out of refurbished material)

2. Accuracy of Inventory lying at Warehouses (Stock Report Vs. Physical)

3. 100% Availability of material for deployment and O&M as per requirement/Indent/roll out plan

4. Implement Warehouse & Inventory processes as per Corporate guidelines & Get the successful Audits carried out

5. Inventory Age: for > 90 Days (% of total inventory value) lying should be minimum at the region

6. To carry out periodic Scrap disposals for declared scrap items lying at Warehouses

7. SRN material Recovery - within 15 days of requisition from project/O&M dep't
