Assistant Manager/Manager - Treasury - BFS

Roles and responsibilities-

- Engage in active communication with current and new lenders and investors to raise debt obligations and support the Head of Treasury with day-to-day operations.

- Relationship management with various lenders/bankers/investors/lawyers etc.

- Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practice

- Overseeing timely execution of all commercial paper documents, and Keeping tight controls on opening and closure of accounts

- Ensuring all SOPs are followed to properly

- Assist in closure of audit - resolution of queries of all internal / external auditors

- Maintaining and Monitoring the report with Stakeholders
