Assistant Manager/ Manager - Taxation with a Reputed Real Estate Group Reporting To : CFO Department - Accounts Candidates only from Real Estate Industry with SAP exposure into Direct and Indirect taxation Experience. - Experience of working in SAP ERP System (FICO Module) - Strong Knowledge of Statutory Laws(Income Tax and GST) Direct Tax : - Verification of Work Order prepared by other department and guides them for compliance of the statutory laws. - Ensuring proper TDS is deducted from vendor invoices. - Verification of lower deduction certificates etc. - Calculation of TDS liability on monthly basis. - Ensuring payment of TDS liability with in due date. - Issue of Form-16A to all the vendors within due date. - Co-ordinate with CA for issuing Form No.15CB for foreign vendors. - Resolving queries received from Tax department. - Filing of Income Tax Return on Quarterly basis. - Compute Advance Tax Liability on quarterly basis. - Assist customers for deduction and filing of online TDS return. - Co-ordinate with CRM team to verify the transactions for which TDS were deducted. - Gather all the required information for Income Tax Assessment. - Co-ordinate with different departments for smooth functioning. - Preparation of Tax MIS on monthly basis. - Preparation &amp; finalization of Tax Audit. Indirect Tax :&nbsp; - Verification of Work Order prepared by other department to check the GST compliance. - Monitor the transaction which involves preparation of self-invoice like import etc. - Calculation of GST liability for CGST, SGST and IGST. - Filing of GSTR-1 &amp; GSTR-2 on GST website. - Resolving queries of vendors for applicability of taxes. - Verification of Input Tax Credit from invoices. - Monitor the invoices whose payments were not made within 180 days. - Check the e-way bill and other relevant documents.
