- Direct and Indirect Taxation for the group containing multiple entities

- Coordination with Govt. departments, responding to notices and queries

- Transfer Pricing

Dealing with Tax audits

Competencies / Skills Required

- Diligence - should have an eye for detail and sense of quality/ownership

- Leading a team of 2-3 people

- Excellent Communication skills - written / verbal

- Maintain confidentiality of matters related to business

Domain Expertise / Functional Skills

- Excellent in MS Excel

- Analytical & number crunching

- Should have used some ERP in Accounts

Span of Interaction / Operation

- Heads of Departments, Senior Management team, Clients & Vendors, Auditors

- Heads / Senior Management from subsidiary / ancillary companies of the Group or Alliance
