Work You- ll Do

Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect- positive or negative- on the future of our clients- business. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our clients- excel globally.

To list some key responsibilities:

1. Focus on providing business tax return compliance (including projections, and tax accounting for U.S. federal, state and international tax matters) and related advisory services

2. Delivery / transition management:

3. Management of a diverse team with differing skill.

4. Managing - busy seasons-, periods of intense high volume workloads

5. Managing the delivery of specific project deadlines alongside the seasonal activity

6. Talent development and ensuring a high-performance culture

7. Mentoring and coaching junior members of staff

8. Leading by example within a growing and youthful team.

9. Supporting recruitment activity

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

1. Full-time Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or equivalent from reputed University

2. EA-Enrolled Agent

3. At least 9 to 12 years of experience in U.S. Taxation

4. Strong project management skills

5. Critical thinking and analytical skills
