Qualification : Engineer with MBA in HR

Job Description :
- Handle recruitment needs based on the growth plan of organization. Responsible for hiring for key functions, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Strategy, Business Excellence, Legal, Product Development, Manufacturing, Production, Engineering etc., at the Senior Management Levels
- Understand recruitment requirements of various departments upon discussing the same with department managers/ heads and come up with a recruitment plan with target goals
- Develop innovative, creative and proactive sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Analyze international markets, demographic data, and act as an internal consultant for Talent Acquisition Head to facilitate discussions on market trends, changes and sourcing strategies
- Building and maintaining a competitive intelligence database by qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources to create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Develop Talent Sourcing Strategy with a diverse channel mix like Job Boards, Internal Database, Internal Job Postings, Social Media, Staffing Agency, Employee Referral and Market Mapping to support business requirements
- Build a database of candidates across various levels/ bands for future reference
- Effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media outlets
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Maintain updated job descriptions for all the positions in coordination with department heads
- Be responsible for interviewing candidates from HR perspective and set up interviews for candidates with hiring managers
- Responsible for negotiating the prescribed compensation package with the selected candidates and close the position
