We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional, who has a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and team management. The individual will play pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments within the organization.


- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing a mix of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and create detailed job descriptions.

- Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations to tap into diverse talent pools.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices for candidate evaluation.

- Manage and lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting clear goals, providing continuous feedback, and fostering their professional growth.

- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry developments to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.

- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for candidates from recruitment to onboarding

Ideal Candidate :

- MBA in Human resources from Tier I B school - IIM / MDI / TISS / XLRI / SCMHRD

- 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for FMCG or related industries.

- Proven track record of managing and leading a recruitment team, including performance management and professional development.

- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to successfully close offers with desirable candidates.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
