Role : Assistant Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Supporting the HR Business Partners :
- Identify the hiring requirements through liaison with the HR Business partners and help in Creating job descriptions
- Identify different available avenues for sourcing of - right- talent and share the recruitment mandate with external consultants if needed
- Coordination for Salary documents for Offer release & offer negotiations
- Completing reference checks and staff bulleting for Joiners
Sourcing right talent :
- Ensuring Visibility of postings on Intranet, Corporate portal and Job portals
- Tracking of all employee referral resumes
- Maintaining Recruitment database on SuccessFactors
- Completing the entire vendor empanelment process for new vendor creation
- Evaluate the performance of empanelled recruitment consultants and provide timely feedback
- Review profiles, short-list candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Industry Mapping for various functions.
MIS and System support :
- Maintenance of reports in order to monitor the critical recruitment matrices on timely manner
- Generate Talent Acquisition analytics on excel and ability to present

- Turnaround time
- Adherence to timelines
- Fulfilment of Recruitment needs
Qualifications :
- Full-Time MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 & Tier 2 schools
- 6-8 years post qualification
- Work experience as an Talent Acquisition Specialist
- 3-5 years corporate experience
