Location - Mumbai

About the role :

The desired candidate will be a part of Talent Acquisition Team

- Responsible for Hiring the right set of candidate & managing end to end recruitment cycle.

- The role would involve 80 % Recruitments (Campus + lateral hiring as per organisation need + internship's)

- He / She will also be responsible for On-boarding, inductions & joining formalities

- 20% of the profile will be in regular HR Operations / engagements / coordination

- The role includes Vendor Management

- Coordination with the Practice Head / Business

Candidate Requirement :

- Education - Graduate / (MBA preferred)

- Experience - 4 - 8 yrs (in Talent Acquisition)

- Candidate should be well-versed with Excel & PowerPoint.

- Should know MIS & Database Management

- Excellent & clear communication skills required
