Job Description:

- Supporting the Global / US Supply chain functional annual and strategic planning / forecasting process which includes consolidation, in-depth review and analysis of Spend/Forecast, reporting, and executive presentations

- Work on Complex analytics to help achieve Ingram profitability targets focusing on cost control and driving higher levels of productivity

- Working closely with the transportation team to do Freight spend forecasting tracking weekly actual and reporting on causes for variance

- Prepare financial month end reporting package.

- Prepare Annual budgets/Monthly Freight Spend forecast

- Responsible for tracking Freight/ALC daily cost and productivity KPIs and identify issues to course correct performance in a timely manner

- Prepare, develop, and maintain financial reports and presentations for internal and external reporting purposes

- Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals

- Preparing ad-hoc analysis and interpreting data on behalf of the organization

- Create new reports and presentations utilizing technology, visualization tools, and productivity tools in order to better summarize relevant data into actionable information

- Understanding and reporting worldwide economic health and macroeconomic conditions

- Work closely with Transportation team on strategic initiatives

- Monthly KPRI reporting

- Calculation of conversion and logistics costs (month, YTD and forecast)

- Consolidating monthly factory forecast

- Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports including monthly reconciliation to balance sheet
