Assistant Manager / Manager - Structured Finance & Co-lending

Job Description:

Location: Mumbai / Indore

Experience:

- Relevant experience in Finance and NBFC especially in handling co-lending and partner's relationship with exposure to cashflow reconciliation with partners.

- Experience in leadership position will be an added advantage

Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Enter or Final / CFA

Job Profile:

- Proficiency in understanding of cashflows, distribution waterfall, fixed income products and basic financial concepts

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual MIS, Variance analysis report and P&L of loan products and business segments

- Maintain and compile loan portfolios and performance tracking for offline and bespoke custom loan products

- Interpret structured commercial agreements with strategic partners as cashflow models for income bifurcation

- Collaborate with the finance and accounts, data reconciliations on periodic basis

- Collate the data and prepare details for internal and external stakeholders and regulators

- Develop and update financials models that help with decision-making and tracking the performance

Skill Sets Required:

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to accuracy and detail

- Knowledge of fixed income, structured finance products, securitization concepts is essential
