Assistant Manager/Manager - Structured Deal Review

Role & Responsibilities :

1. The deal review process requires in-depth understanding of the trade structure of exotic financial products as well as expected payoffs at different time intervals in order to identify material risks with respect to modelling, booking methodology issues and trade documentation.

- Propose booking methodology and documentation amendments and coordinating with various teams in order to implement process enhancements.

2. The candidate should be able to assume team manager role from technical leadership perspective and be responsible for team development

3. The role requires extensive liaising with the traders, regional stakeholders, Model Validation Group and quants team

Mind Set :

- Ability to comprehend complex transactions and their payoff formulas

- Identify new risks within the process and documenting the same on RCSA

- Take lead in resolving non-routine issues

- Leading global calls and guiding the discussion to arrive at a consensus

- Need someone with good communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate issues for prompt resolution

- Ability to lead and drive process efficiency projects

- Post Graduate (MBA Finance) + FRM/CFA
