Key responsibilities
1. Planning/ Financial modelling: prepare investment grade financial business models for evaluation of various business ideas
2. Project Management: program manage the execution of a new business initiatives through coordination with various stakeholders by taking initiative and problem solving various challenges
3. Special projects: get involved with different functional leaders and take ownership of such special projects. Such projects could entail implementation of new business ideas and growth opportunities.
4. Business Analysis: Assist the strategy and planning team in building detailed business reports and data analysis to aid strategic decision making
5. Market Intelligence: Conduct research (primary and secondary) to understand market trends, assess implications and recommend timely actions for the organization
Required skills set :
1. Financial modelling, business planning and data analytics skills in MS Excel
2. Ability to create a storyline and make impactful presentations in MS Powerpoint
3. Sound industry knowledge and business sense
4. Self-starter and ability to work independently and deliver on time
5. Emotional intelligence - ability to establish rapport with people cross levels in the organization
6. Strong problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualification:
- CA/ MBA from a premier school with about 3-5 years of experience working in similar roles.
- People working in KPO's, knowledge centers of consulting firms, analysts working in big 4 audit firms, research companies etc. would be preferred.
