AM/ Manager - Statutory HR Compliance and HR Operations (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role and Requirements :

- Ensuring the Statuary Compliances for Head Office & coordination for plants.

- Leading the employee benefits wiz Gratuity, PF, Superannuation, Mediclaim- etc.

- Partner for employee Engagement action plan execution at HO

- Partner the recruitment of senior management roles in plants

- Partner the employee separation

- Lead the Leave Management process

- Partner the improvement projects in HR

- Facilitate the admin activities in HO & Sales Offices

Location : Mumbai
