Assistant Manager/Manager - SOX - Consulting Firm

SOX Asst Manager/Manager- Leading Consulting Firm- Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Noida

Requirement:-

- Should have a minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

If from industry - Internal audit, SOX compliance, Operational Risk Management, Compliance Risk Management. Current designation would be Asst. Manager or equivalent.

If from professional services - Risk Consulting/ Internal Audit or Statutory Audit. Current designation would be Consultant / Sr. Consultant or equivalent.

Experience in Insurance Industry in Internal Audit / SOX function would be a big plus

Technical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

Prior Work Experience

- Experience in Internal Audit / Risk & Control

Key Competencies

- Good project & time management skills

- Strong focus on attention to detail and the desire to deliver accuracy and quality

- Strong administrative and personal organisational skills

- Good communication skills

Industry and Domain Experience:

- Internal Audit / Consulting experience from a reputed firm is desirable

- Insurance Industry experience would be a big plus
