Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Broking - Real Estate

- End-to-end responsibility for commercial space leasing & outright sale in the BFSI segment, accounts receivables and operations

- Client acquisition for big & small deals & corporates

- Approach key corporates for leasing of office space, liaise with International Property Consultants

- Resolve corporates- queries, negotiate rentals & close deals through strong relationships & good negotiations skills

- Hard-core commercial leasing experience

- Polished with strong presentation & negotiation skills; high energy & understands business cycle well
